Back in February I performed Gordon Lightfoot’s “If you could Read my Mind” on the annual Telemiracle broadcast on CTV. It was a treat to get to play it with that great band – I’m sharing the video here and hope you like my rendition. Also here are a few Saskatchewan performances coming up to tell you about: May 13 at 1pm I’m performing at the Lieutenant Governor’s Coronation Celebration at Government House, Regina SK. It’s free to the public and I’m debuting a new song commissioned by the LG to help Saskatchewan mark the occasion. May 13 7-10pm I’m bringing a trio to the Saskatchewan Science Centre’s annual Fantasy Food night. This year it has a “prairie kitchen party” theme. May 24 730pm I’m heading to the Yorkton Film Festival for “An Evening with Jeffery Straker – Piano Performance & Film Screening/Q & A featuring the music video: Heavy is the Burden”.
